UK Shipping

All UK shipping is free and included in the price of your purchased item.

If you choose standard shipping, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your parcel. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit, Greys Jewellers cannot be held liable for compensation or replacement.

We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping to ensure your purchase is fully protected during transit.

International Shipping

All international orders incur a £20 shipping fee.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Order Processing Times

Please allow up to 5 working days for processing, especially during peak periods or when ordering customised or bespoke items.

Bespoke items such as rings may take 10–14 working days to complete before dispatch.

Tracking Information

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Royal Mail containing your tracking information.

Please check this email before contacting us, as all tracking details and delivery updates will be provided there.

Changes to Orders / Addresses

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or cancellation of the order may not always be possible, particularly for bespoke or customised items.

Greys Jewellers is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items if a customer requests that a parcel be redirected or diverted to another address after dispatch.

Signature Requirements

For insured or high-value parcels, a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures parcels are delivered securely and helps protect against claims of lost or stolen items. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery or collection when a signature is required.
