Shipping & Tracking Information

UK Shipping

Free UK shipping is included with all orders unless otherwise stated.

We take every reasonable step to ensure that orders are delivered safely and securely. For valuable purchases, we strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping option to provide additional protection and peace of mind during transit.

In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

International orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of £20 unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees may be charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Order Processing Times

Please allow up to 5 working days for order processing, particularly during busy periods or when purchasing customised or bespoke items.

Bespoke items, including custom-made rings and jewellery, typically require 10–14 working days for production before dispatch.

While we aim to meet these timeframes, production and delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the item and demand levels.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Royal Mail containing your tracking information.

We kindly ask customers to review their tracking details before contacting us, as all available delivery updates will be provided directly through the tracking service.

Changes to Orders & Delivery Addresses

Once an order has been placed, amendments to shipping addresses, order details, or cancellations may not always be possible, particularly for bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items.

Mazal & Co accepts no liability for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered as a result of customer-requested redirection, diversion, or changes to the delivery address after dispatch.

Signature Requirements

For insured, high-value, or certain international shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.

This helps ensure secure delivery and provides proof of receipt. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery where a signature is required.
